Our Fire Department

Our station is located at 157 Herring Road, Goldsboro, NC. We are a small department serving a rural area. Our district has several large farming operations with many growing residential areas. We answer all type of calls from structure fires to vehicle accidents. Our firefighters are certified in structural firefighting, Haz-Mat Operations, extricating trapped victims from vehicle crashes, confined space rescue and establishing safe landing zones for emergency airlift helicopters from EastCare (ECU Hospitals)  along with numerous other specialties that follow our firefighters to the fire service from their full time careers.
